Argh! I eat a bowl of cornflakes and then all of a sudden I have a pain in my throat/neck and this lump where my chin ends and neck begins, presumably some sort of gland swelling or something. This is very annoying. It better bloody well not get any worse. I really don't wan't to wake up tomorrow with a bigger lump and more pain.
I have since then had a LemSip, I doubt it'll do anything but it made me feel better.
Guaranteed to be no more interesting than anyone else's.

Don't sound good. Suggest you see a doctor. He may recommend the same as me - CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE!!!
